The ACM TURC 2019 (SIGCSE China) Symposium
The ACM TURC 2019 (SIGCSE China) conference is a leading international forum at the intersection of
computer science and the learning sciences, seeking to improve practice and theories of CS education.
ACM TURC 2019 (SIGCSE China) will be held in Chengdu, China, May 17-19, 2019. We invite colleagues from
around the world to contribute to, review for, and attend ACM TURC 2019 (SIGCSE China). We encourage you
to share your new ideas for computing syllabi, laboratories, teaching, pedagogy, and education research.
TThe ACM TURC 2019 (SIGCSE China) theme “CS for Global” highlights our goal to engage all the educators
in the world to create new ideas on how to teach, empower and energize their students. This is also to
boost global collaboration of CS education worldwide. The submission Web page for SIGCSE China 2019 is

Submission guidelines
All aspects of the submission and notification process will be handled electronically. Research papers
will be judged for quality and relevance through double-blind reviewing, where the identities of the
authors are withheld from the reviewers. Author names and affiliations must not appear in the papers,
and bibliographic references must be adjusted to preserve author anonymity. The paper is limited to a
maximum of 6 pages and must adhere to ACM’s publication guidelines (MS Word template, and LaTeX
template). Note that authors must submit ONLY an anonymized version of the paper.
